How long have you both been doing wedding photography?
We have both loved photography since before we ever knew each other. Investing in workshops and photography education is something we have done and continue to do regularly. 2013 will be our third full-time season shooting weddings together.
What kind of camera equipment do you use?
Not everyone will find this question useful, but we do get asked it quite a bit, so if you are familiar with camera equipment lingo, here are our tools! We use professional Canon camera equipment (we have nothing against Nikon, we just learned on a Canon system and have always loved it). We both shoot with Canon 5d MarkIII camera bodies and we always bring a backup camera body with us to wedddings. Our lineup of lenses include 24mm f/1.4L, 50mm f/1.2L, 85mm f/1.2L, 70-200mm f/2.8L, and a 100mm f/2.8L Macro. We also use a Canon speedlight system to beautifully light your reception images when it gets dark outside.
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely, we have insurance policies on all of our equipment as well as liability insurance.
What is included in the final image collection?
You will receive a flash drive of about 500-600 images that have been color corrected and edited for consistency.
How do I officially reserve my date with you?
A signed contract and $500 retainer will secure our services for your wedding day. We only book one wedding per day.
Can we send you inspiration from Pinterest and magazines?
Absolutely, a lot of our couples give us inspiration of what they like. We will put our own artistic style on your inspiration and include some of our own.
